Pro Unlimited: Subscription blocked error

Downloading icons wouldn't be possible despite having an active Pro Unlimited subscription

An average of downloads between 300-600 icons per month is expected from our clients on a monthly basis as per their Pro Unlimited subscription, However, if the system detects any kind of unusual activity like a bulk download (around thousands of icon downloads) in a very short period of time, then our team will try to follow up with the users and ask you to have a manual check of your account.

This is to ensure that our designers' work is not misused and also to prevent scraping of content.

We, therefore, advise our Pro Unlimited subscribers to be mindful while downloading and also suggest to only download those icons that you would need for your current projects.

Downloading icons in order to collect them for future use is not permissible. Sharing your account with other teammates is also not entertained. You are always allowed to add teammates to your subscription. We would, therefore, advise you to read about Team plans, to have a clearer picture of the same.
